Bibli is a publishing platform the founders use to create and host digital reports for clients. At this time:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Bibli <\/span>does not offer public user accounts<\/b> and is <\/span>not<\/b> a consumer platform.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Visitors can <\/span>view<\/b> reports; only Bibli\u2019s founders (and their authorised collaborators) can upload or change content.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Bibli collects <\/span>analytics<\/b> about report viewing as described in our Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
2. Eligibility<\/b><\/h2>\n
The Service is intended for <\/span>adult professional users<\/b> and is <\/span>not directed to children under 16<\/b>. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.<\/span><\/p>\n3. Your permission to use the service<\/b><\/h2>\n
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view reports on the Service for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms. All software, design, and platform elements of the Service are owned by Bibli or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.<\/span><\/p>\n4.2 Report content<\/b><\/h3>\n
Unless otherwise noted on a report, the <\/span>content of each report<\/b> (text, images, data, graphics, video, audio, and other materials) is owned by Bibli or the <\/span>client\/creator<\/b> for whom Bibli produced the report, and is protected by copyright and other IP laws. Viewing a report does <\/span>not<\/b> grant you ownership or a licence to reuse that content. If a report provides specific reuse permissions (e.g., a Creative Commons notice), that notice governs.<\/span><\/p>\n4.3 Trademarks<\/b><\/h3>\n
Bibli names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Bibli. Other names and logos appearing in reports may be trademarks of their respective owners. No rights are granted to use any marks without prior written permission.<\/span><\/p>\n5. Content provided by others<\/b><\/h2>\n
Reports may contain third-party materials (e.g., embedded media, datasets, or links). Those materials are the responsibility of the party that makes them available. We do not guarantee their accuracy or availability and are not responsible for third-party sites or services.<\/span><\/p>\n6. Acceptable use<\/b><\/h2>\n
You agree not to:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- use the Service in violation of any law or regulation;<\/span><\/li>\n
- upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or anything that could interfere with the Service;<\/span><\/li>\n
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems;<\/span><\/li>\n

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bibli disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.<\/span><\/p>\n11. Limitation of liability<\/b><\/h2>\n
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bibli will <\/span>not be liable<\/b> for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.<\/span><\/p>\nTo the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the <\/span>greater of ZAR 1,000 or the total amount (if any) you paid to Bibli for access to the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\nSome jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those cases, the exclusions and limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/span><\/p>\n12. Takedown requests (copyright or other rights)<\/b><\/h2>\n

- a description of the work or right you believe is infringed,<\/span><\/li>\n
- the specific report URL(s) and location of the material, and<\/span><\/li>\n
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.<\/span>
\n<\/span> We will review and act where appropriate, which may include removing or restricting access to the material.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n14. Governing law and venue<\/b><\/h2>\n
These Terms are governed by the laws of the <\/span>Republic of South Africa<\/b>, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Bibli agree to the <\/span>exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa<\/b>, and venue in <\/span>Johannesburg<\/b> (or another South African High Court having jurisdiction), for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. If you are a consumer and mandatory local law grants you additional rights, these Terms do not limit those rights.<\/span><\/p>\n15. Changes to these terms<\/b><\/h2>\n
